Each night, at the landmark James Beard House in New York City, celebrated chefs at the top of their game from all across the nation cook for the world’s most passionate eaters, food editors and critics. Costa di Mare executive chef Mark LoRusso had the honor of hosting one of these showcase dinners, preparing his distinctive Italian coastal cuisine to a sold-out house. Chef Rene Lenger’s popular Sunday brunch at The Country Club
featuring the spirited jazz of a live Dixieland band is a weekly event not to be missed. Brunch is served buffet style and includes a carving station and selections from Lenger’s kitchen. Jazz brunch is served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
