from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a bountiful prix fixe menu accompanied by the spirited music of a live Dixieland jazz band. Enjoy buffet-style offerings including omelet and carving stations, classic brunch fare and a spectacular display of chilled seafood specialties such as Alaskan king crab legs, oysters on the half shell and more. A made-to-order menu will also be available, featuring king crab Benedict, fried chicken and waffles, prime beef sliders and ricotta-lemon pancakes. For dessert, delight in a parade of sweets like strawberry-rhubarb pie, angel food cake and colorful macarons. Costa di Mare executive chef Mark LoRusso had the honor of hosting one of these showcase dinners, preparing his distinctive Italian coastal cuisine to a sold-out house.
