Financial Benefits – The key to success is to start saving now. Wynn employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan on their first day of employment. After one year of employment, they are eligible for discretionary company matching contributions. Company match is 50 cents on every dollar, up to 6 percent of deferrals.

Educational Assistance – Employees receive company-paid financial aid for college classes and seminars.

Citizenship Classes – Wynn offers employees free courses with expert instruction to prepare for the United States citizenship test. In addition, Wynn pay the naturalization fees for all eligible employees who complete the course.
