Some of the finest sakes in the world are about to make their Las Vegas Strip debut, and you are invited to join us for what is sure to be a special evening. On Friday, November 15, Mizumi's executive chef Jeff Ramsey will curate a very special Connoisseur experience celebrating Dassai, one of the world's great prestige sakes.

The Dassai philosophy is very simple: to create delicious sake that moves people beyond borders and languages. It is unique among sake breweries as it solely produces Junmai Daiginjo, a premium type of sake, using only one variety of sake rice, Yamadanishiki. The brewery cherishes the talents and efforts of hundreds of craftsmen, but does not rely solely on tradition. Nor do they deny the use of the latest technologies and data. Undaunted by change, Dassai is constantly evolving and perfecting. This focus has paid off, with the brewery winning many competitions and worldwide renown for it's quality expression of premium sake.

Chef Ramsey will curate an exceptional multi-course omakase menu paired to several expressions of Dassai. Three of our featured selections - DASSAI 23 Elegantly Tipsy, DASSAI 23 Hayata and DASSAI 23 - Future with Farmers, will be making their Las Vegas Strip debut. Seating is limited, we suggest confirming your space as soon as possible.
