Christian "Suzu" Suzuki-Orellana created the Kagano Pop-Up Tour as a creative outlet to share stories through cocktails inspired by his Japanese and Salvadoran heritage, upbringing, folklore, and dreams. Named after his grandmother's pioneering bar that served Tokyo from the 1940s to 1960s, the pop-up tour highlights Suzu's unique and innovative take on craft cocktails. As a semi-finalist on the hit Netflix reality show "Drink Masters," Suzu brings the finale of his highly popular pop-up tour to Wynn's Connoisseur series, featuring an exclusive cocktail demo and tasting at Mizumi.
