Join Wynn's master dim sum chef Sandy Shi for this encore of her always-popular dim sum workshop.  From wontons and wrappers to fillings and dipping sauces, this interactive, in-kitchen class includes tips and techniques for creating professional Chinese dumplings at home.   You'll also learn about precision methods for frying them to crispy perfection.  After the class, participants will enjoy a casual dim sum lunch.
