Chef Jeff Ramsey invites you to an exclusive, immersive experience where he will share the secrets of recreating Mizumi's elaborate and stunning sushi platters. Participants will learn the pillars of Japanese cooking - balancing flavor, color, and texture - as well as how to source the best ingredients and the chef's techniques for achieving restaurant-caliber sushi at home. This lively, interactive class will be followed by a casual sushi lunch.
