Screaming Eagle is a world-renowned producer of Napa Valley wines. They have garnered the highest acclaim from critics for decades and a devoted cult following since the initial 1992 vintage release. Perched on a rocky hillside in the Oakville appellation, with sweeping views of the vineyards planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc, it stands as one of the region's most exclusive and prestigious wineries.

In 2006, E. Stanley Kroenke acquired the estate. Kroenke's commitment to achieving the pinnacle of quality resulted in a talented team that included estate manager Armand de Maigret and winemaker Nick Gislason. Together, they are known for making elegant and structured wines with great aging potential. Due to the winery's small production, much of the wine is sold directly to consumers through its coveted mailing list.

Join us for a multi-course dinner curated by Wynn's VP of Culinary Chef Christopher Lee and Delilah Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman, showcasing Screaming Eagle Sauvignon Blanc, two vintages of The Flight, and two vintages of Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon. Must be 21 or over.

Saturday, March 8, 7 p.m. at Delilah inside Wynn Las Vegas.
