$100 RESORT CREDIT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Offer valid for bookings made between November 1, 2022 through February 28, 2023 and for travel November 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023.  Reservations are limited to the following room types: Wynn Tower Suite, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor, and Encore Tower Suite Salon, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per stay and are only available on select dates. Blackout dates may apply. Offer may only be redeemed one (1) time. Double beds are available for an additional charge, subject to availability. The two (2) night stay must be completed on or before March 31, 2023. Two (2) night minimum night stay is required to receive RESORTCREDIT.

WYNN AND ENCORE RESORT FEE

A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each purchased room and room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; and Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee.

RESORTCREDIT: The $100 RESORTCREDIT included with this offer is valid toward items charged to your room at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas during your qualified stay, excluding room rate and tax, resort fee and tax, Encore Beach Club, La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway, Urth Caffé, Cipriani, retail items, casino play, and gratuities. The RESORTCREDIT will not show on your guest folio, but rather will be automatically applied. Any costs over and above the RESORTCREDIT will appear on your guest folio as “Package Overage”. Any unused RESORTCREDIT will be forfeited upon checkout, will not be refunded and has no cash value. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unless otherwise specified below, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or the applicable hotel-only booking deposit will be forfeited. For room-only bookings, early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in.

Additional Fees and Deposit:  Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is four (4) guests. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. For a hotel-only booking, a deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
