SW Steakhouse
Exceptional steaks, including certified Kobe, are served in a refined dining room and patio with prime views of Wynn’s Lake of Dreams.
A legacy of excellence from the ranch to the plate.
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse at Wynn Las Vegas is a pop-up dining experience inspired by the legendary Four Sixes Ranch in Guthrie, Texas and Taylor Sheridan's visionary storytelling.
Every evening, Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse takes over Tableau, located within Wynn Tower Suites. Guests will be transported to one of the most storied ranches in America, creating an environment that engages all the senses with bold flavors and preparations.
The Four Sixes Ranch, with its vast 266,000 acres, symbolizes excellence in agriculture and a deep respect for heritage with high-quality beef production, strategic land stewardship, and the world’s most sought-after ranch horses for cowboys who travel miles across pastures, rolling hills, and rocky terrain. Sheridan, the ranch owner known for "Yellowstone," "1883," and "1923," has reignited the spirit of the American West through his compelling narratives.
Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse will highlight prime steaks and cuts from Four Sixes Ranch. The menu uses ingredients that are local to Texas and have bold, fiery flavors. Highlights will include “The Only” Caviar Tower with potato tots, kettle chips, brioche toast, country fried chicken tenders; “fire sauce” Beef Tartare prepared tableside and served with Texas corn tortillas; a signature cut 6666’s Branded 28-ounce Cowboy Steak; a 40-ounce Tomahawk Steak carved tableside from Wyoming’s Grazing Star Ranch; and decadent Tumbleweed Banana Pudding.
This collaboration is a testament to the convergence of legacies, where tradition meets innovation, sparking a culinary journey that captures the essence of the West. Each dish served at the Four Sixes Ranch Steakhouse, led by chef David Middleton, reflects the unparalleled quality and authenticity of the Four Sixes Ranch, combined with the rich storytelling that defines Sheridan's work.
The beverage program, led by Wynn’s Master Mixologist Mariena Mercer Boarini, will feature craft cocktails such as the Campfire Old Fashioned, smoked tableside; Wide Open Spaces, a play on “Ranch Water” made with Don Julio Blanco Tequila and housemade watermelon soda; and the Honky Tonk, a spicy margarita rimmed with 6666 Ranch’s “Taylor Sheridan” cowboy salt.
