Mizumi features multiple dining experiences, each with their own identity. These environments embody the integrity and individuality of the many styles of Japanese cuisine available, each mastered in their own right — Omakase, Robatayaki, Sushi, Teppanyaki and Sansui Dining on an idyllic koi pond. Start the evening with Japanese whisky or sake at The Cocktail Bar. Enjoy authentic signature Japanese dishes either a la carte or omakase in The Dining Room. The Sushi Bar is for those who desire a personalized experience with a sushi master. For dinner and show, opt for interactive tableside cooking in the intimate teppanyaki room. For the ultimate dinner under the stars, request Sansui Dining with a floating table outdoors.

Looking for a unique take on dinner and a show? At Mizumi Teppanyaki, located within its own space at Mizumi, experience live-action cooking from expert teppanyaki chefs who prepare your dinner right in front of you on communal grill tables. As entertaining as it is delicious, the teppan offers all of the theatrical flair and excitement of a cooking show in a sophisticated fine-dining setting.
In the Kitchen with Chef Jeff Ramsey
Mizumi Executive Chef Jeff Ramsey began his culinary career in the U.S. before venturing to Japan to earn a diploma as a “Master of the Art of Sushi.” Broadening his education, Ramsey took on a role as sous chef at Minibar by José Andrés. He continued honing his craft at award-winning restaurants in Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, and the U.S., including as executive chef of Tapas Molecular Bar at the Mandarin Oriental Tokyo, where he earned and maintained a Michelin star from 2009 to 2011. In 2019, Ramsey introduced Kintsugi by Jeff Ramsey to Bangkok, which was named a Michelin-selected restaurant in 2022 and 2023, followed by another location in Kuala Lumpur. In 2024, he joined the Mizumi team.
