Pastry chef Vivian Lam is one smart cookie, which is why this fun, interactive class appeals to the inner-child in all of us. From her tried-and-true recipe for basic cookie doughs and buttercream icings to her tips and techniques for professional decorating, Vivian will have you crafting beautiful (and delicious) cookies that look like they came out of a bakery case. During the demo, cookies and milk (what else?) will be served.
