Join three-time James Beard Award-winner Dan Pashman, creator, and host of "The Sporkful" food podcast and inventor of the viral pasta shape Cascatelli, as he teams with Wynn's executive sous chef Emilio LaScala for an entertaining master class on all things pasta. Pashman is an obsessive foodie and author of the best-selling new cookbook Anything's Pastable, and his Cascatelli pasta shape was named one of Time Magazine's "Best New Inventions of 2021." A casual lunch will follow the cooking demo collaboration, with a signed copy of Anything's Pastable included.
