Join us through December 31 for a last chance to enjoy Chef Alon Shaya’s culinary residency, Safta 1964 at Wynn Las Vegas. Reservations are open through New Year’s Eve, with special holiday menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
Located within Jardin at Wynn Las Vegas and serving Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, Safta 1964 will feature a new version of the duo’s acclaimed Michelin-recognized Denver restaurant, Safta.
This playful iteration of Safta, which translates to “grandmother” in Hebrew, celebrates Grandma’s fictional heyday, before she became a “safta.” Picture her dressed to the nines, complete with her signature red lipstick, driving her white 1964 Thunderbird convertible west, and toasting the town. She’s the magnetic life of the party, sipping martinis, and running the blackjack table.
Safta 1964’s menu will channel her spirit with fun iterations of classic dishes from Safta’s Denver location, as well as new offerings exclusive to Las Vegas from a chef’s tasting to salatim platters, large-format dishes for the table, caviar add-ons, and more.
Chef Alon Shaya is most famous for his fresh baked pita bread and hummus.
Yes, Safta offers vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Please ask your server for the latest available options or view the full menu.
Whole Roasted Cauliflower with Whipped Feta, Argan Oil, and Aleppo Chili; stunners like King Crab Tagine with Hand-Rolled Couscous; and Pomegranate-Braised Lamb Shank with Almond Tabbouleh and Labneh.
Cocktails are thoughtful, with highlights such as a Gazoz Tower, overflowing with spiked Gazoz cocktails garnished with abundant herbs and flowers in flavors such as Cucumber Agave, Blueberry Sage, and Pomegranate Ginger.
Safta 1964 is located within Jardin at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.
