Historically served only in the emperor’s palace, the ultra-sumptuous Peking duck at Wing Lei is not only a specialty of the house, but a dish fit for royalty. Join with executive chef Ming Yu for an exclusive in-kitchen class where you will learn pro-techniques for preparing perfect Peking duck at home. A casual Peking duck lunch will follow the class.  Wing Lei, 12 noon.
